Bulgarian Football Stadiums

The National Stadium has recently been reconstructed and renovated to meet international standarts for training and competitions of both national and top club teams in football and athletics. The stadium has a seating capacity of 43 340 spectators. Its location is in the central part of Sofia, a mere 15 min. walk to the very center.
The ring of the stadium represents a chain of indoor facilities such as training halls for rhythmic gymnastics, basketball, boxing, fencing, fitness, judo, table tennis, aerobics and naturally, all necessary service amenities. All international and national championships level equipment is available for use.

The stadium's official name is Georgi Asparuchov however most of the football fans call it Gerena, after the former name of the district the stadium is located in (north-east district of Sofia Podujane). It was renamed in 1990.

The stadium has been reconstruced couple of times,but the reconstruction has never been real reconstruction.The stadium can fit 17500 seated people and another 3000 non seated.The whole sport complex next to the stadium there is a cafe,4 soccer pitches, fan shop and a hall which can fit 1500 people.

The Stadium is located in nort part of the town near to park Ayazmoto. The complex includes more 3 training grounds, tenis ground and sport hall.

The stadium was Founded in 1948. In first 10 years the stadium was used from several sport clubs from Vratsa - "Spartak", "Dinamo", Torpedo" and "Lokomotiv". After their fusion in 1957 the stadium is official home of FC Botev Vratsa. Stadium Hristo Botev was reconructed many times (last reconstruction 1998).
Now at the area of the stadium there are tenis grounds, sport halls, fitness center and carting track.

The stadium Ludogorets Arena is the home ground of PFC Ludogorets Razgrad. It is a multi-purpose stadium but is mostly used for football matches. The stadium has a seating capacity of 6,000 spectators and electric floodlights. As of August 2014, the stadium is being reconstructed and expanded to 16,000 to accommodate European league matches.
